Home Inspections start at $340.00, and include homes up to 2,000 Square Feet.

0000 - 2000 SF        $340.00           Base price for inspection

From 2,000 SF to 4,000 SF, the pricing is $0.17 per Square foot.

2000 - 2500 SF        $340.00 to $425.00

2500 - 3000 SF        $425.00 to $510.00

3000 - 3500 SF        $510.00 to $595.00

3500 - 4000 SF        $595.00 to $680.00

Any floor area in excess of 4000 SF will be added at $   0.12 per SF

Reinspections start at $125

Homes built before 1960, add $100

Additional Travel may be applied on drives in excess of 30 minutes one way.
