Pricing Breakdown

Home Inspections start at $400.00, and include homes up to 2,000 Square Feet.

From 2,000 SF to 4,000 SF, the pricing is $0.20 per Square foot.

Any floor area in excess of 4000 SF will be added at $0.12 per SF.

Re-Inspections start at $125.

Homes 50 years old or older, add $100

Additional travel fee may be applied on drives in excess of 30 minutes one way.

Since January 2021, I no longer inspect Manufactured Homes.
